NICOP NEW

  • Latest Picture

  • Picture of the front page MRP

  • Additionally, you must provide the CNIC number and name of a relative who is a Pakistani national Only (children, siblings, paternal and maternal grandparents, and paternal and maternal grandchildren)

NICOP RENEWAL

  • Clear images of both sides of your current NICOP for verification.
  • Proof of identity and residency status.
  • Document confirming your marital status, if applicable.
  • Required to establish family linkage and Pakistani heritage.
  • A recent Passport size picture for your NICOP application.
 

NICOP LOST

  • If you have a picture of the lost NICOP or know its ID number and issue date, include this information to help with the replacement process.
  • Provide your British passport or, if you don’t have one, your Pakistani passport along with your British Resident Permit (BRP) as proof of identity and residency.
  • A recent photo for identification purposes.

  Marital Status Change:

  • From Single to Married: Provide your Nikah Nama or your spouse’s NADRA Card.
  • From Married to Divorced: Provide your divorce certificate.
  • From Married to Widow: Provide your husband’s death certificate.
 

NICOP CANCELLATION

To apply for your NICOP cancellation, with these 2 reasons:

1- Death of the Cardholder

  • Confirms your identity as a Pakistani citizen living abroad.
  • Officially certifies the passing of a relative for legal purposes.
  • Verifies the burial details of a deceased family member.
  • Provides a recent picture for identification and documentation.

2- Surrender of Pakistani Nationality

  • Confirms your identity as a Pakistani citizen living abroad.
  • Confirm your current citizenship status.
  • Provides a recent picture for identification and documentation.
  • Verifies your legal residence in your new country.
 
 
 

New POC card

  • Picture.
  • Picture of your front page.
  • Pakistani National’s ID card and copy.
  • A Pakistani national should complete an affidavit Provided by NADRA based on which you can apply for a POC card.
  • Marriage Certificate (Should be in English).

Renewal of POC card

  • Picture.
  • Picture of the front page of your .
  • Pakistani National’s ID card and copy.
  • Affidavit Provided by NADRA should be completed by a Pakistani national the basis of which you can apply for POC card.
  • Marriage Certificate (Should be in English).

POC LOST

  • A copy of your POC or just the card number with its issue date.
  • Required if the lost POC was spouse-based.
  • Your current Machine Readable Passport.
  • A recent, clear picture.
 
 
 

POC Cancellation

  • If a POC holder passes away, their POC must be cancelled as soon as possible. Immediate family members can apply for cancellation in this case.

  • If your POC was obtained through marriage to a Pakistani citizen and you are now divorced, the POC must be cancelled. The Pakistani spouse can apply for the cancellation on behalf of the ex-spouse.​
 

FRC (Family Registration Certificate)

  • Whole Family NADRA Cards: Provide the NADRA cards of all family members for verification.
  • Submit a fresh, clear photograph of each family member.
  • If any family member is deceased, include their death certificate to update the family record accordingly.

Power Of Attorney

  • CNIC/NICOP/POC for each applicant, witness, and attorney.
  • Valid email address
  • In the country of application (outside of Pakistan).
  • Best 4 fingers of the applicant and 2 witnesses.
  • Credit or debit card for online fee payment.
  • Any other relevant documents, such as an affidavit, if applicable, are to be uploaded to the POA system by the applicant.
