  • Once the application has started, card fees are non-refundable.
  • We can advise on card processing and delivery time as per Nadra Terms and Conditions, but we are not responsible if they take longer. The time mentioned on their website is the minimum time it takes to process the application, though it may take longer.
  • Processing time applies after fingerprints have been submitted.
  • Basic supporting documents specified by NADRA must be submitted. However, in some cases, more documentation is required, and the client is responsible for providing that.
  • If any documents are missing or unclear, it may result in delays in the processing of the application. Clients must ensure all paperwork is complete before submission.
  • We are not responsible for the deferral or rejection of the application, especially if incorrect information or insufficient documents are provided.
  • This is a Pakistani service operating from Pakistan. It’s not at par with British services, and customers should expect variations in response times and communication standards.
  • Nadra Hub does not guarantee a specific outcome for any application, as decisions are solely made by NADRA authorities in Pakistan.
  • Nadra Terms and Conditions include checking your (and your family’s) record in their database. NADRA may sometimes require additional documents for verification, and the process may be paused until these are provided.
  • We are not responsible for any travel arrangements made before obtaining your card, nor for any financial losses incurred due to delays in the application process.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, political instability, or holidays in Pakistan, there may be further delays in processing applications. Clients must remain patient during such events.
  • By using our services, you agree to abide by all terms set forth by NADRA and accept that Nadra Hub acts as a facilitator in the process, not as the decision-maker.
